Micael is a senior partner of INEXOR and Seavus Group International, where he heads up the EPiServer development teams building web content management systems based on EPiServer and Microsoft .NET for clients like Save the Children, PTK, Egmont, Vacasol, Doctors without Borders etc in Sweden and across Europe. Dealing with cross-cultural projects on tight budgets and time frames has learnt him the hard way how to get the developers quickly into their tools. He is passionate about the pragmatic road to success: communication and how people learn.
