Description In this session, internationally recognized agile product management expert Luke Hohmann will review the seven most common ways that software related product and service offerings make money and how each of these affect your software architectures. We'll explore such things as the functional and non-functional requirements that a business creates on your architecture and how to structure your solution for maximum value. We'll also review the role of Digital Rights Management solutions and how they can be integrated into your architecture so that you're lowering overall development costs while increasing your revenues by protecting and managing your rights. During the lecture a series of interactive worksheets will help you tailor these approaches to meet your specific needs.
