Exploratory Testing
Over twenty three years ago, the term "Exploratory Testing" was coined by Cem Kaner, but has only recently become a popular testing concept in the software development world.  Exploratory testing has recently gained currency in the Agile world where practitioners find an adaptive, human-centered approach to testing can be a good fit. The concept isn't new, and all testers engage in some sort of exploratory testing at least some of the time. However, it is often misunderstood, and sometimes dismissed. This talk will explain what it is, what it looks like, and how you can apply this kind of thinking about testing on your own project.
