Knowledge Work is best done with working together. Without true cross-discipline collaboration, the full value of an organization cannot be realized. But you can’t just mandate collaboration. Many organizations do more than just separate disciplines; they design systems, metrics, and rewards that practically make design, development, product, and operations natural enemies. “They don’t get it.”, you hear from all sides.
