Christian started working in the telecom business in 1994. His first employment was as configuration manager for Ericsson Telecom. Christian has continued to focus on the CM area of expertise and how the CM work should be formed to give the best support to different models for development and project control. Today, Christian has experiences from CM, project management, test management, requirement management and process development for software projects. Although he really enjoys coaching teams and individuals, the complexity of getting CM and development processes to work in mid sized and larger organizations fascinate him.
