Magnus Skjegstad is a Research Associate at University of Cambridge. He is one of the core members of OCaml Labs and participates in the development of the unikernel operating system MirageOS. He also developed Jitsu - a DNS server that boots unikernels on demand. Magnus is interested in how unikernel VMs can help solve problems in networks and distributed systems.
Magnus has previously worked on a wide range of topics, from wireless networks and cognitive radio to P2P protocols and service oriented architectures. He has also worked for several years as a software developer and consultant. Magnus holds a PhD in computer science from University of Oslo, Norway.
