Late registration price: Regular price + 1000SEK from Monday 28th of October.

The conference pass includes free access to all seminars and the exhibition area (and/or specified courses) on the days you specify. The pass also includes documentation, coffee and lunch every day, and dinners on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th of November (with vegan and vegetarian options).

The conference pass + hotel include 3 nights in an hotel close to the venue the following days: Tuesday the 8th, Wednesday the 9th and Thursday the 10th of November. We will let you know which hotel we booked for you before the conference starts (the two main hotels are: The Comfort Hotel, The Moment Hotel and we book in other hotels depending on our needs).

Group Discount 15%-20% off the regular price

• Register 5 to 9 participants and get a 15% discount.
• Register 10 or more and get a 20% discount.

Group discount cannot be combined with other "early bird" or community/user group discounts. If you would like to register more than 5 people after early bird has ended, please contact Andreas Hammar: andreas(a)oredev.org.

Choose a 1, 2, 3 or 4 Day Pass and choose which day(s) you will attend when you register.  The courses seats are limited so you have to choose them when you register.

Payment Options

All prices are in Swedish Crown (SEK) excl. VAT. If you don't choose to pay by credit card, we will invoice your company/organization after your registration.  Our payment terms are 15 days from the invoice date.

Cancellation policy

Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable. In case there is not a sufficient number of registrations for a particular workshop, we reserve the right to cancel it one week prior to the conference. If a workshop is cancelled registered attendees will be contacted directly and they can register for another training or get a refund.

VAT

According to regulations, from January 1, 2010 we must charge Swedish VAT (25%).

For a refund of the VAT charge, companies from countries within EU should contact their country's tax agency for assistance.  For companies from countries outside the EU - You need to enter an application form and apply for your VAT refund with the Swedish Tax Agency (in Swedish: "Skattverket"). You will find necessary information here and the application form here.

VENUE

The venue itself is a unique experience and an enjoyable place to span time. Not only is it constructed of epic proportions, with endless nooks and crannies that incite childlike exploration, it possesses the feel of an indoor city housed under a glassed ceiling. Steeped in history and ambiance. It's first incarnation was as a slaughterhouse, hence the name, which then transformed into a ship building site due to it's bonny size. Streaming natural light and mood lighting that exalt the passing of day to night are encompassed within it's red brick walls. So bring your camera!

Øredev Conference and courses will be held at the Slagthuset, Jörgen Kocksg. 7 A, Malmö, Sweden.

 

Join us by air, land in Copenhagen

Copenhagen Airport is served by more than 60 carriers, operating services to and from 125 cities world-wide. The airport is connected to Malmö by the Øresund Bridge and trains run around the clock between the airport and Malmö Central Station. Take the train at the airport and 20 minutes later you will find yourself in the heart of Malmö, and a 3 minutes walk from the venue.

 

 

By train or by bus

It´s easy to get to Øredev by train. The conference venue is located only a short walking distance (approx. 3 minutes) away from Malmö Central railway station. If you are on a budget and coming from Sweden, Denmark or North Germany, you can check if a Flixbuss. The busses depart from where you live and stop at Malmö Centralstation.

 

 

 

By car
